Wirth Moving Day! August 31st.

Posted on

This summer, we're on a mission to fund 1,000 therapy sessions for people who otherwise couldn’t afford it. As demand for our program grows, so does our commitment to make sure that no one is turned away when they reach out for support. To date, Wirth has helped fund over 8,500 therapy sessions and we're aiming to raise enough for 1,000 more this summer.

This campaign will culminate with Wirth Moving Day on August 31, an international community event where every kilometer run, walked or biked turns into a direct donation from our sponsors. We’re joining forces with run clubs, fitness groups, and everyday movers like you to show the world that mental health is Wirth moving for.

Join our Strava Club and track your run, walk, or bike ride on August 31 between 12:00am–11:59pm PDT. For every kilometre you log, our sponsors will donate $1 to fund free therapy for people who can't otherwise afford it. The best part? You can participate from anywhere! Or if you're in Vancouver, come by TurF in Kitsilano, we will be around all day!

Want to make an even bigger impact? Gather your friends to move together or consider making a donation to help us reach our goal.

A big thank you to our major Wirth Moving Day sponsor, Knoword. Follow us on Instagram @wirthhats to stay updated.

Let’s show the world that mental health is Wirth moving for!
