How Do I Get My Own Wirth Hat?

We're glad you asked. Currently we offer two ways to get your very own WIRTH Hat. First, we have our online store. On our website you can order any of our products and receive the item via shipping or pick up. Our pick up option is done out of our office in Vancouver, BC. Secondly, during the holiday season we currently offer in-store shopping during certain hours out of our office. To get our up-to-date hours and location you can see our listing on Google Maps. Shipping

WIRTH Hats offers shipping anywhere in the world. Our goal is for everyone in the world to own a WIRTH Hat and we are working to bring you the most cost effective shipping options.

We generally ship orders within 2 business days. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout, but for Canada Post Ground you should receive your order within 3-5 business days within Canada and within 10 days elsewhere in the world. If you would like to receive your order faster please select the appropriate shipping option on the checkout page. All of our hats are shipped from Vancouver, BC.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All of our hats are made in Vancouver, BC with great care and quality.  If for some reason you’re unhappy with your WIRTH Hat upon receiving, the fit is not right, or there is a manufacturer defect we will happily refund you. If you would prefer a different hat, email to let us know which one you would prefer and we will make arrangements to send you your new hat. Refunds or Exchanges generally should be made within 30 days or receiving your hat.

For all refunds and exchanges, email us at contact@wirthhats.com with your order number and reason for return. You will hear back from us within 2 business days and can expect full refund or exchange within 3 business days.
